IFAW Charitable Trust, a sister organisation to the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW), was formed in 1993. The main objectives of the Trust are:
To prevent cruelty and suffering to wild animals and domestic animals throughout the world;
To protect, conserve and preserve wildlife habitats which are of scientific or educational interest or in any area of outstanding natural beauty throughout the world; and
To educate the public in the respect of the foregoing.
